Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using Xpertelecom services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

We provide subscription-based design, development, infrastructure, and security services. Deliverables, scope, and turnaround depend on your active plan and queue.

3. Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• You can pause or cancel anytime; changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights and ownership of deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain no rights except the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed under NDA).

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide clear briefs, feedback, and necessary assets. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client input or assets.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, briefs, and client data strictly confidential. NDAs can be signed prior to engagement on request.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We strive for excellence but make no guarantee that deliverables will meet every subjective preference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpertelecom's liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Pre-paid amounts for the current cycle are non-refundable except under our 15-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
